Barbara Bregoli don’t play when it comes to her daughter.
On Friday (November 8) the mom of Bhad Bhabie took to social media to straighten out gossip blogger Perez Hilton after he claimed the infamous “Dr. Phil” personality might be faking her cancer diagnosis for attention.
“How dare you? You little vile piece of s–t [to] say my daughter would lie about something like that. You’re a dad!,” the heated matriarch told Hilton on Instagram.
Bregoli then went on to suggest the controversial blogger, 46, focus on his two kids, Mario Armando Lavandeira III, 11, and Mia Alma Lavandeira, 7, who were born via surrogacy, and not hers.
“Go find another way to make some money instead of talking s### about other people,” she continued. “Is this the only way you can make money, talking s### about people? How dare you!”
The 56-year-old then revealed she’s had cancer “twice” to further prove why her daughter was being truthful.
“And I pray to God one of your children never gets cancer. I’ve had it twice,” she shared. “How dare you say my daughter’s faking this, you vile piece of no good s###. God don’t like ugly. You need to remember that.”
Bregoli’s post was in response to Hilton’s YouTube video, titled, “SHOCKING News! Bhad Bhabie Reveals Cancer Diagnosis, But…”
In the video, the 46-year-old asked his fans if they believed she was lying for attention.
“I’m going to say it there is also a possibility that she might have pulled a Lil Tay,” Hilton said. “I don’t know if she’s lying, I’m not claiming she’s lying, I’m just knowing these types of people operate I wouldn’t put it past her to do something like this for attention.”

On Thursday (November 7), Bhad Bhabie opened up about her health struggles when responding to fans’ comments about her recent weight loss.
In an Instagram Story, the 21-year-old rapper tried to silence any further speculation about her appearance saying, “I’m Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight.”
“I’m slowly gaining it back. So stop running with the worst narratives,” she added.
Bhabie did not give any further details concerning her diagnosis.
However, a source close to her family confirmed to TMZ that the “Gucci Flip Flops” rapper – real name Danielle Peskowitz Bregoli – does have cancer and is currently undergoing treatment.
The specifics of her illness remain unknown.
Fans were shocked by the news, with many coming to Bhabie’s defense and sending her well wishes.
“People need to have more empathy instead of jumping to conclusions and assuming,” one user stated. Let’s pray for her and send her strength not make jokes,” another wrote.
“This is why you don’t comment on women’s bodies because you never know what they may be going through,” added another.
A third user pointed out, “You all did the same thing to Selena Gomez meanwhile she has lupus and had a kidney transplant and tends to have weight fluctuations. Stop commenting on a woman’s body just because they aren’t your type. Not everything to do with looks is drug-related.”
Bhabie’s cancer battle comes less than a year after she welcomed her daughter, Kali Love, with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Le Vaughn, who she accused of being abusive.
“I love that man more than I love myself and it’s honestly really sad,” the “Miss Understood” rapper said of Vaughn in an Instagram post this summer.
“But unfortunately, this is real life. I know the easy way out is to leave and that’s better said than done. This doesn’t happen this extreme often, but LV definitely has a problem. He’s going to get the help he needs. Right now, there’s no room for mistakes. And he knows that,” she continued.
“Whoever says they are there for me will [be] supportive of me no matter what I choose to do. Y’all know I give a mf hell but there’s no excuse for that at all what so ever. My point in sharing this wasn’t to attack him, it was for him to see what he does is wrong and too take accountability and make a REAL CHANGE.”
The couple reconciled a few months later. Bhabie also reconnected with her estranged dad Ira Peskowitz.
