Dianna King is a software engineer from Atlanta, Georgia.
She is also a food connoisseur.
The Black woman co-founded and currently runs a plant-based vegan cheese brand, Eat UNrestricted.
Eat UNrestricted is among the few vegan cheese brands owned by Black women.
Why Vegan Cheese?

Hundreds of thousands of people are switching over to plant-based diets.
For cheese lovers, vegan cheese is right up there.
The demand for vegan cheese is so high that suppliers can barely keep up.
There is clear space for new companies to form and meet this demand.
That’s Dianna’s goal.
She wants to provide quality vegan cheese products for people allergic to certain foods, vegans, and people who want to better their health.
Why Dianna Became A Vegan

Nowadays, many people become vegans because it’s trendy.
When Dianna became one, it wasn’t to be part of the popular crowd.
Dianna became vegan in June 2016 because her family has a tragic history of cancer.
She doesn’t want anyone to suffer through losing beloved family members because they didn’t have access to local vegan shops.
In Dianna’s case, she feels like she could have saved her father and other people with cancer if they had access to plant-based foods.
Everything A Vegan Needs

Eat UNrestricted doesn’t just offer vegan cheese at affordable prices.
The brand also offers replacements for popular fast foods like:
- Chipotle Mac and Cheese
- Mac and Cheese
- Better Cheddar
These foods are all pre-made, so they work for anyone with a busy schedule.
The brand also offers several vegan recipes like Chef’s Favorite Vegan Mushroom Melt and Erica’s Vegan Sausage Hamburger Helper.
What’s Her Story?

As I mentioned above, Dianna’s background is in software engineering.
She got a degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
However, Dianna has always been a food connoisseur.
She started to Eat UNrestricted to offer real solutions to the increasing demand for quality vegan products.
Dianna is here to make an impact.
