Congratulations are in order for Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly.
The “Transformers” actor, 38, and her rocker fiancé, 34, are expecting their first child together, Fox announced on Instagram Monday (November 11).
This will be her fourth child; she has three kids—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8— with ex-husband 90210-star Brian Austin Green.
“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” the “Jennifer’s Body” star wrote alongside an angel and heart emoji.

In another striking black-and-white image, she holds a positive pregnancy test up to the camera.

The caption is believed to reference lyrics from MGK’s song “Last November”, a deeply personal track about the couple’s previous pregnancy loss, which Fox opened up about in her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.
In the book, the “Rogue” wrote: “Heartbeat in my womb,” adding, “I want to hold your hand/hear your laugh.”
She continues, reflecting on the loss: “But now I have to say goodbye/I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest/as they rip you from my insides.”
Fox has been candid about her painful journey through miscarriage, including an emotional interview on Good Morning America where she described the process as “very difficult” for both her and Kelly.
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?” she said of the experience.
But this wasn’t the first pregnancy loss Fox endured.
In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, she shared her experience with an ectopic pregnancy, a condition where the fertilized egg implants outside the womb, often in the fallopian tube.
Fox reflected on the difficulty of that experience, saying, “It was so much harder than I would’ve anticipated it being.”
She added, “When I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy, I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar. But I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with.” She continued,
“And so that love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering. So I put it into a lot of writing.”
Machine Gun Kelly also opened up about their shared grief, with Fox noting that he wrote several songs about their loss.
“It just felt like something that I could address publicly because it’s been addressed in one way through him, so I have a space to express as well,” she said.
Fox and Kelly met on the set of the 2021 film “Midnight in the Switchgrass,” in which Fox plays an FBI agent and MGK a low-level pimp.
Kelly admitted during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show that the only reason he took the role was to work alongside Fox.
“The only reason I took the movie was because they said, ‘Your scenes are with Megan Fox,’ and I was like, ‘I’ll take the movie,’” he said.
After joining Fox for lunch in her trailer, Kelly recalled telling her that he felt “lost,” to which she responded, “Let’s find you.”
“It killed me. She was cupid,” he said. Two years later, they were engaged.
