DaBaby wants Megan Thee Stallion to stop making music with “lame artists” and get back to making music with him.
While appearing on Drink Champs recently, the North Carolina native called on the Thot Shit rapper to “come home” and make music with him again.
The two worked together in the past on a couple of tracks before DaBaby seemingly started taunting her with his support of Tory Lanez, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being found guilty of shooting Megan.
“I got love for Meg. Me and Meg did some dope sh*t together. And it’s good to see her rise amongst the obstacles,” seemingly referencing the 2020 Los Angeles shooting.
“I’m manifesting a song with Glo and Meg together and Baby. I think that’s the way me and Meg should pop back out because I feel like ain’t none of these ni**as—and no disrespect—that y’all are making music with can really embody that. You gotta come get that shit from Baby.”
DaBaby also suggested that the Houston Hottie should stop making music with lame artists and turn to him instead.
“Come home, baby. You ain’t gotta be making all that lame shit with these other n-ggas when you can come get it in. Or, you know, we can not. I know how to talk that shit […] I’m open to it.”

But while the “Rockstar” rapper might be keen to rekindle a partnership with Megan, the feeling is unlikely to be reciprocated by the “Neva Play” baddie, given their complicated relationship over the years.
DaBaby publicly taunted Megan through his Boogeyman track, where he claimed he and Megan slept together the night before the Tory Lanez shooting incident.
He rapped on the track: “You play with me, that shit was childish / The day before she say that Tory Lanez shot her, I was fucking on Megan Thee Stallion / Waited to say this shit on my next album / Hit it the day before too / But I kept it playa, I ain’t say nothing ’bout it.”
He continued with the taunting by bringing out Lanez at his show and “mistakenly” retweeting a fan’s post a month after the incident saying, “I guess @DaBabyDaBaby and @torylanez cool now bc they both shot somebody and don’t have to do no jail time.”
And while he tried to undo the retweet, X, for some reason, wouldn’t let him.
Megan did not deny the claims, but she subtly addressed the “Lonely” rapper’s online behavior towards her and his promotion of his and Lanez’s jam “Skat.”
“Support me in private and publicly do something different … these industry men are very strange,” she wrote at the time on X. “This situation ain’t no damn ‘beef’ and I really wish people would stop down playing it like it’s some internet sh*t for likes and retweets.”
DaBaby responded by asking the award-winning artist not to let folks get the best out of her and rather “stand on what you stand on without feeling like I’m against ya.”
Megan replied, “My stance hasn’t changed at all YOURS has. We already spoke abt this in private and you specifically said ‘that ain’t even no good business move why would I promote that sh*t’ but now this ain’t your ‘beef’? That ain’t real. But you stay on ya ‘business’ my g.”
