Erykah Badu issued an apology to Mr. And Mrs. Obama today about President Obama’s 60th birthday party. In her note she wrote:

Erykah did not allude to the exact reason for the apology but we know that she did attend Obama’s 60th and appeared to have a great time as seen in now-deleted videos and pictures.
Barack and Michelle Obama became the targets of criticism due to the party, many saying they ‘refuse to follow the same rules as everyone else.
