Swae Lee told people not to vote for Kamala Harris and instead urged them to do research on their camp.
However, people haven’t taken kindly to Lee’s words.
According to Complex, Swae Lee tweeted:
“Do not vote for Kamala!!! Do your research on that whole camp. I pay over millions in tax dollars every year this man Sent it to A whole nother country !!!!!!!!! Those lil dollars that come off your checks they gave it away !!!!!! Think about that shit.”
Lee continued:
“The money we sent away every American citizen could’ve got minimal 200 grand think about that but I guess we don’t need the shit [man shrugging emoji] and yall standing for Kamala. My black people she don’t do nothing but sign off on things against yall …(us) voting just cuz you think she’s black is not going to end in your favor.”
Lee then shared a 2019 video of the 2019 Democratic Presidential Debate where the Hawaii senator Tulsi Gabbards criticized Harris‘ past as a strict prosecutor.
“Y’all better pay attention! And there’s a lot more.”

Swae Lee’s words ticked off fans, who accused him of spreading misinformation.
Comments included:
“You are out of your damn mind.”
And:
“Do your research cause you probably got bad information.”
Some even took shots at Lee’s lack of hits since 2018.
“You haven’t made a good song since sunflower.”
Despite Lee’s feelings about Harris, she is set to compete against Donald Trump.
President Joe Biden endorsed Harris, and her campaign raised $200 million.
170,000 Americans have also volunteered to help Harris’ campaign through canvassing, phone baking, and more.
