Foxy Brown is breaking her silence on long-standing claims that she slept with Jay-Z when she was underage.
In a string of posts first reported by Complex, Brown addressed and debunked long-standing rumors, including the assertion that Jay-Z had her sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Over the years, many have believed Hov pressured Brown into signing an NDA to keep her quiet, with theories ranging from a secret relationship to a problematic business deal.
“In icon business! Miss me with tha fake news. NDA?” she wrote. “Ain’t a MF alive could stop my story! NDA on my s**t gon’ run 100 mill.”
Brown also shut down a YouTube video that claimed she had broken her silence and knew insider details about Jay-Z and Diddy’s friendship.
“Stop playin’ wit me name dyin’ for a comment!” Brown wrote. “Can’t spin me with the sucker s**t to take Hov down. Betta ask ‘bout tha cloth I’m cut from.”
Though the Brooklyn rapper was never signed to Jay-Z, sources say she joined Def Jam in 1996. She and Jay collaborated on several tracks, including “Get Me Home,” “Big Bad Mamma,” and “I’ll Be.”
They also appeared on each other’s records, including the explicit “Ain’t No N****,” recorded when Brown was a teenager.
Rumors about the nature of their relationship have circulated for years, but they hit a fever pitch when Nas referenced it in his infamous 2001 diss track, “Ether.”
He rapped, “Foxy got you hot ’cause you kept your face in her puss / What you think, you getting girls now ’cause of your looks?”
Further gossip surfaced in 2013, claiming that Brown lost her virginity to the Roc Nation founder and contracted gonorrhea from him.
However, Brown quickly shut down these rumors, dismissing them as desperate attempts to create a narrative of conflict between her and Jay-Z.
“Ya’ll want me to be anti-Hov so bad. FOH…post that,” she fired back in another post, making it clear she won’t feed into the drama for the sake of a storyline.

Brown ended her posts with a message of gratitude to Russell Simmons, who has faced several sexual assault allegations over the years.
“Dear Russell, being your first protege was one of the greatest joys of my life,” the Brooklyn rapper wrote. “We had the biggest bidding war in hip hop history but they really never stood a chance, I knew I’d chosen the best! Your kind soul is a rarity in this industry. Baby C’s so lucky to have you as a godfather!”
