“It means a lot and I hope you guys will continue on this journey with me. This is not goodbye, it’s see you later. So see you later.”
Garcelle’s announcement comes just hours before the Season 14 finale premiere, with a highly anticipated three-part reunion trailer set to drop later.
The Bravolebrity first joined RHOBH in Season 10, which aired in April 2020, making history as the franchise’s first Black cast member since its debut in October 2010.
At the time, she told “The Daily Dish” that she was “excited and proud to be joining the cast of such a wildly popular and beloved show.”
“I am honored and humbled by this awesome opportunity to exemplify the fact that Black Girl Magic lives and thrives in every zip code!” she added.
In 2023, Garcelle appeared on Today with Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb to reflect on her RHOBH journey.
During the interview, The Jamie Foxx Show alum opened up about the challenges of balancing reality TV with protecting her sons’ privacy.
“That’s what’s really tough—finding the balance between all of it. But, you know, with [my sons], they’re happy to do it, and then towards the end of the season, they don’t want any cameras,” she said.
“They just want to do their own thing,” she continued. “And, you know, that’s kind of tough because I signed up for it. They didn’t. But they go along, and when I feel like they’ve had enough, I tell the producers.”
