The origins of “Good Burger” trace back to a skit from the Nickelodeon show “All That.”
This sketch transitioned into the 1997 film, which was incredibly successful, earning almost $24 million against an $8 million budget.
The film remained a cult hit, evidenced by Thompson and Mitchell’s “Good Burger” 2015 sketch and Mitchell’s appearance in the 2019 “All That” revival series.
Both actors have often expressed interest in revisiting the film, making the upcoming sequel even more special for fans.
