Heavi Hitters Is A Barbershop We Can Get Behind
The team takes great pride in their positive impact on their clients’ lives.
For instance, hairstylist Ayanna Carfield notes that clients can enter feeling their worst.
However, they leave feeling transformed and confident.
The business has also exploded in growth since opening in 2019.
They recently relocated to a bigger space on 65th and Maple to keep up with demand.
According to Latoria Neal, another stylist at Heavi Hitters, the new salon already gets plenty of visitors.
The close-knit team at Heavi Hitters has formed a sisterhood, which hairstylist Latoria Neal compares to a family.
The business’s success is not just about hair and makeup–it’s about being role models for girls and women alike.
Co-owner Alia Jackson hopes their success will inspire others to realize that other Black women can achieve anything.
If you’re looking for a unique barbershop experience that offers more than a simple haircut, Heavi Hitters is the place to be.
These ladies are changing the industry and making a difference in their community.
