In January, Ice Spice revealed to TODAY that she was almost done recording the album.
She titled it Y2K because of her January 1, 2000, birthdate.
“Yes, there’s going to be an album this year. It’s almost finished, so I’m really excited.”
At the time, Spice didn’t give away too many details on the album.
However, she promised the album would have epic collaborations.
“I have a crazy collaboration that just got locked in, like, two days ago.”
