If you like the hit TV show Snowfall and star Damson Idris’ stellar performance, you have Jay-Z to thank.
The rapper isn’t just the wealthiest man in hip-hop; he also helps out other people and doesn’t brag about it.
Damson is among the people Jay-Z has helped.
In an interview with Complex, the British actor revealed how Jay-Z helped him get a Green Card.
According to Damson, the wealthy rapper acted as a reference on his green card application.
Naturally, the rapper didn’t just offer his name as a reference–Damson had to ask first.
However, the actor revealed that Jay had helped him numerous times and supported others more than we know.
Jay-Z Is A Friend, Indeed

The rapper hasn’t just helped Damson Idris.
In 2017, for instance, the rapper wrote a New York Times op-ed against the justice system for imprisoning Meek Mill for violating his probation.
However, Jay spent several million dollars on Mill’s legal fees without making it public.
“Jay-Z is actually responsible for some of my legal fees, which I thought was the dopest in the world because it was some millions of dollars. I don’t even think I could have afforded it.” Meek Mill
Idris added that the Carters always have his back if he needs a favor.
According to Vibe, the British actor could be in Miami on a night out and need a reservation at an exclusive restaurant.
No matter how late he calls the Carters, they have FaceTime together, and Jay makes the reservation.
Having such giants in your circle is remarkable, let alone doing you favors.
Damson Idris is a lucky guy, and he knows it.
