Octavia Spencer And Jessica Chastain Back Together? Yes, Please!

Speaking on EW’s The Awardist podcast, Chastain delved into her desire for a potential sequel.
“You know who I think about all the time, and I just wish I could play her [again]? Celia Foote. I just want to do something, Celia and Minny, and see what happened. You know they ended up living together and raising the baby together, they were best friends. How amazing would that film be? I loved her, and I got to be a bit silly.”
Octavia Spencer’s portrayal of Minny Jackson earned her an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.
Chastain also received a nomination in the same category.
The film boasted a star-studded cast, including Viola Davis, Allison Janney, Bryce Dallas Howard, Emma Stone, Anna Camp, and more.
