Beyonce gives Black women prominent positions, and she’s done it again.
Justina Omokhua is the singer’s latest hire, and it’s a whopper: Justina is now the Senior Vice President of Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment.
Beyonce Is Empowering Women
According to a press release, Justina will run Parkwood Entertainment’s daily operations as Senior Vice President.
This is a special promotion since Justina joined Parkwood Entertainment only six months ago.
Justina’s first task was to promote the release of the phenomenal RENAISSANCE album.
Justina is now in charge of a team that includes departments in the following:
- Technology
- Public relations
- Editorial
- Creative
“Justina brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and experience to Parkwood Entertainment. I am pleased to officially welcome her to the team and excited to have her expertise as we continue to grow.” Beyonce
Justina Omokhua Has Earned Beyonce’s Admiration

Justina isn’t just a token hire.
Before Parkwood Entertainment, she held spectacular leadership positions at several prominent companies:
- Apple (Global Head of Content and Lifestyle Strategy)
- Endeavor (SVP, Brand Marketing)
And when Justina worked at Apple, she handled its brands, including:
- Apple Music
- Apple TV+
- Apple Books
- Apple Podcasts
- Apple News
Before these high-profile positions, Justina had jobs at Verizon, Pepsi, L’Oréal, and Nokia.
Beyonce is also proud to have Justina on her team.
The hit singer-songwriter started her company a while ago and learned many business skills from her father.

She wanted to build her empire like Madonna, without relying on a management company.
The singer also wanted to show other women that they don’t need to share their success and money.
Clearly, teaming up with someone as talented as Justine Omokhua is the right move for the Queen Bey.
Justine is making her Nigerian parents proud and earned her current position–Parkwood Entertainment couldn’t have asked for a better Senior Vice President.
