Leonardo DiCaprio and Teyana Taylor were spotted having a good time together at The Stafford Room in New York on Sunday, just hours after the Great Gatsby star had an intimate dinner with his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti.
According to an insider close to the party told Page Six that DiCaprio met up with Taylor at the Manhattan nightclub for a party the singer hosted in honor of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Taylor inducted Dionne Warwick into the museum over the weekend.
“They were dancing very closely,” the source said, adding that The Battle of Baktan Cross stars also shared “a lot of laughs” together and were “pretty much in a corner together” the whole night.
Taylor also allegedly seemed “very protective” of the Titanic star, ensuring that not too many people bothered him.
Despite their flirtatious behavior though, the duo did not hold hands, kiss or show any PDA, the source added.
However, the pair did leave the midtown nightclub together at around 3 a.m. per the insider. It’s not clear if the two departed in the same vehicle, though.
But Ceretti isn’t concerned with DiCaprio and Taylor hanging out.
A second source told the news outlet that she and Taylor are really good friends and were even recently “out together the night of Victoria’s Secret Show” to celebrate the 26-year-old’s runway debut.
A third source downplayed Taylor’s and DiCaprio’s closeness saying that the idea of them flirting is total BS and that they’re just good friends.
According to the insider, the duo grew closer since starring together in their upcoming 2025 film, “The Battle of Baktan Cross” which also stars Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall, and Sean Penn.
In March, the stars sparked romance rumors for the first time after they were seen chatting closely at a pre-Oscars party.
Taylor was seen whispering in the “Once Upon A Time Hollywood” star’s ear and touching the side of his head. But while their positions seemed intimate, the “Gonna Love Me” singer had a perfectly reasonable explanation for it all.
“Leo wore extensions for the movie, and they were hurting him,” Taylor told Erim Lim Rhodes of E! News at the time. “I was literally helping him with his bun.”
“And if you’ve seen the end of the video, I said something about cornbread because my chef was cooking for the whole cast,” she continued.
“We gotta make sure his bun is right. We gotta make sure he’s eating good.”
