Meet #TheDynamicDozen And The Woman Behind Their Viral Dance Video

The first time I saw the video below – I was like YAAASSS girls get it *all the snaps*! “This type of energy”!

There is something about seeing black women in formation all dressed up at a game that get’s us all riled up, energized and excited.

The girls really gave us life last week and since I am nosy I dug just a little bit just to see who was behind the video and who these gorgeous young ladies were.

The girls are known as The Dynamic Dozen or the Golden Girls from Miami Northwestern Senior High School and the master behind their amazing direction and style is Mrs. Tracy Young Byron.

I’m a true artist at heart and extremely meticulous at the same time. Details are very important to me. I take pride in making sure that my young ladies are well put together and uniquely styled. They are a reflection of me. This is my 12th season as director of the #GGirls and for 12 years, I have done all of the choreography, yelled, jumped up and down & motivated my dancers! Oh and in 12 years, my dancers have never repeated a look/costume at a game??Dancers will only be as great as their leader! It’s a must that I continue to lead by example ?? #MrsYoungByron #SupaBlackGirl #SupaTYB #YourFavoriteHypeGirl #SupaEffect #TheDynamicDozen #MNWBulls #Miami #HighSchoolDanceline #BlackDancersLivesMatter

The voice you hear in the videos is Mrs. Tracy Young Byron their dance director who has mentioned on her page that she has been training dancers for over 20 years.

I love when videos like this go viral because the pride that these young women must be feeling for the last couple of days after all of their hard work is priceless and the most important facet of this whole thing.

In addition to that we often overlook the teachers and coaches who are giving 100% every day, teaching, counseling, cheering, wiping tears, showing tough love, directing and dressing our children for these moments in their lives.

Mrs. Tracy Young Byron did that and I encourage you all to check out the #dynamicdozen on her page here and show her some love.

Congratulations girls, you are amazing!
