A man is in hot water after the jokes he made during ‘Family Feud’ resurfaced during the murder investigation of his wife–and he’s the prime suspect.
According to Complex, authorities arrested 39-year-old Timothy Bliefnick on Monday, March 13, and charged him for fatally shooting his estranged wife, 41-year-old Becky Bliefnick.
Authorities found Becky dead in her home last month from multiple gunshot wounds after she’d failed to pick up her kids from school.
Police chief Adam Yates hoped the arrest would calm the community.
This brutal crime has had the Quincy community on edge and our residents living in fear. I hope today’s announcement can begin to calm some of those concerns.
Bliefnick has been charged with home invasion and first-degree murder.
The Man’s ‘Family Feud’ Comments Have Received Renewed Interest

Timothy Bliefnick appeared on ‘Family Feud’ with his family three years ago.
During the show, host Steve Harvey asked Timothy about his biggest mistake at his wedding.
Timothy’s response should have rung alarm bells to his wife and everyone who knew them:
Honey, I love you, but, ‘said I do.’ Not my mistake, not my mistake — I love my wife. I’m gonna get in trouble for that, aren’t I?
Bliefnick’s attorney, Casey Schnack, insisted Timothy was innocent, and the ‘Family Feud’ comments were harmless and didn’t refer to marital problems.
It’s a game show. A silly answer to a silly question on a silly show doesn’t make one a murderer.
Timothy and Becky married in 2009, but their union was rocky.
According to Daily Beast, the couple separated, and Becky filed a restraining order against Timothy and his dad.
However, things turned fatal when they were going through divorce proceedings as Becky was murdered.
