I must admit this one caught me a little off guard and I had to catch up a bit.

However according to the NY Daily News The opus will be released under her stage name, Nikki Fre$h, which she first began using after gaining a following for her gardening projects.

“I love being outside, and connecting to the Earth, and connecting to nature,” she previously told The Los Angeles Times about the project.

“And it’s something I wanted to share with the world, and so I decided in the medium of hip-hop was the way to go about it.”

The music has been described as “Parent Trap,” which is comprised of “socially conscious and educational rhymes.”

In addition, Richie even dedicated an entire Instagram account to her rap and gardening persona. Nikki Fre$h isn’t her first go at hip hop, though.

In 2013, Richie – as Nikki Rich – filmed the process of making a song about gluten-free pasta, new bangs, and dairy-free ice cream on her AOL web series, “Candidly Nicole.”

Nicole described the album “UNEARTHED” saying it’s just like WAP but with crystals and broccoli.
