Carmen Tapio is a woman you should know.
She is the CEO and founder of North End Teleservices, a multi-million-dollar contact center.
This happens to be the state of Nebraska’s biggest Black-owned business.
What Inspired Carmen Tapio?

There is (And has always been) a significant unemployment rate among the Black community in the country.
Carmen wanted to help alleviate this however she could, so she set up the company to create jobs for Black people.
Carmen, 56, knew from her experiences that plenty of qualified Black people were looking for a decent job.
However, some companies have claimed there are no Black people qualified for their industries.
This, of course, is a racist and irresponsible thing to say.
Carmen wanted to ensure that Black women in Nebraska would not be forgotten or left behind when companies were hiring.
Teleservices For Everyone

Carmen started working in teleservices when she was just 18, so she has ample experience.
In 2015, she formed North End Teleservices.
Since then, she has used the company to offer a variety of advanced contact center solutions and excellent service delivery to clients worldwide.
Carmen Tapio is passionate about helping the community.
Through North End Teleservices, she helps her staff to visualize their success and achieve it.
She is the kind of leader who believes that the whole community benefits when each person and family advances in their career.
