If petty was a person.
According to RadarOnline, Porsha Williams’ estranged husband has fired off a scathing cease and desist letter to Bravo, demanding they stop filming the Rolls Royce he gifted her amid their messy split.
The reality TV personality called it quits with Guobadia in February, citing irreconcilable differences. In the aftermath, Porsha Williams requested the enforcement of their prenuptial agreement signed before their 2022 nuptials. She also asked Guobadia honor their deal to vacate their marital home should they ever part ways.
Guobadia contested this request and responded with a cease-and-desist letter, demanding that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star stop allowing Bravo’s cameras inside their home.
“The parties raised the issue of whether the terms of the prenuptial agreement permits or prohibits filming/recording in the marital residence,” court documents dated May 21 read.
“As this matter was not formally noticed for an evidentiary hearing on the substantive issues surrounding the parties’ prenuptial agreement, the court reserves those issues for later determination.”

The entrepreneur/philanthropist’s subpoena to RHOA producers pertaining to his 2021 Rolls Royce Ghost is the latest development after a judge granted Porsha Williams temporary use of their residence.
As part of the ex-couple’s current arrangement, Guobadia remains responsible for mortgage payments and cannot enter the property without “prior written consent.”
“Mr. Guobadia purchased and insured the 2021 Rolls Royce Ghost solely in his name on October 26, 2021,” the cease-and-desist letter obtained by RadarOnline states. It also included proof of purchase and ownership and a copy of the automobile’s insurance card.
“As such, please note that Mr. Guobadia does not consent to the release, disclosure, or publication of the Rolls Royce, nor does he consent to the taping, filming, photography, or recording of the Rolls Royce including any aspects of any activity in or about the Rolls Royce.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Guobadia’s attorney claims that Bravo and the production company, True Entertainment, may have filmed the Rolls Royce while it was being used by third parties. He demands that any such footage not be released, warning of potential legal action if his demands are not met.
“Upon information and belief, True Entertainment, LLC may have been filming, recording, or photographing the Rolls Royce while it may have been in the use and/or possession of third parties other than Mr. Simon Guobadia.”
“If such actions have occurred, I am requesting that no photographs or recordings be released, disclosed, or published as Mr. Guobadia does not consent to the same regarding his vehicle,” the attorney stated on his behalf.
Porsha Williams and True Entertainment have yet to respond.
