Earlier today, it was determined that Rich Homie Quan passed away at the age of 34 at his Atlanta home.
Accoridng to HNHH his family members, and a rep for the Fulton County morgue, confirmed the news with TMZ and the 911 audio has been released.
In the recording, Williams is heard explaining to the operator that her partner hadn’t come to bed the previous night.
She mentioned that when she took her son to school that morning, she saw him lying on the couch and even placed a blanket over him before leaving.
Upon returning home, he hadn’t moved, which alarmed her.
Williams said she couldn’t detect a heartbeat or see him breathing. When she turned him over, she noticed foam at his mouth.
In confirming the sad news to TMZ, Rich Homie Quan’s family expressed heartbreak and a deep need for answers.
Although this newly released audio doesn’t clarify the cause of death, it sheds light on the circumstances of his tragic passing.

Following the news, many fans and fellow artists flooded social media with tributes, mourning the unexpected loss.
“Rest in Peace my brother Rich Homie Quan. I love you for Life. #Richgang,” Jacquees wrote on X. “Never go forget yo smile n the way talked n of course yo music… WE GOT SOME GOOD A** MEMORIES TOGETHER N THAT GO ALWAYS BRING A SMILE TO MY FACE,” Boosie Badazz shared.
Rich has spoken about his decline in the music industry and his struggles with drug use during his career, admitting at the time of the below podcast that he quit 100%.
