Rihanna recently rapped and danced along to GloRilla’s “TGIF,” and A$AP Rocky’s hilarious reaction became a meme.
So, it wasn’t a surprise when the Barbados singer and entrepreneur entered the rapper’s DM.
According to Billboard, RiRi entered Glo’s DM on July 2 with a “wild hypothetical” question.
Glo shared the DM, which read:
“You got all summer sis! I know dis wild hypothetical, but when the album drop?”

While we can understand RiRi’s anticipation for Glo’s album–whenever it will drop–but she’s kept us in suspense for far longer.
Rihanna hasn’t dropped a full-length album since 2016’s Anti.

In June, the billionaire almost broke the internet when she wore a t-shirt reading: “I’m Retired. This Is As Dressed Up As I Get.”
After the internet went wild for a week, RiRi clarified that the t-shirt didn’t mean anything and was just a fashion statement.
“They didn’t read the second line. I’m not retired, I’m just retired from dressing up — it’s a lot of effort.”
The hitmaker also revealed the process on her upcoming album.
“Yeah, I’m starting over. But I don’t want to neglect the songs that I have, so I actually want to go back and listen to stuff with new ears, with my new perspective and then see what applies and what I’m still in love with.”
The world still awaits GloRilla’s debut album, but she released a mixtape, Ehhthang Ehhthang, in April.
The rapper also performed at the 2024 BET Awards with Megan Thee Stallion.
