Shannon Sharpe is facing a second sexual assault allegation.
According to documents obtained by The US Sun, a former girlfriend of the Pro Football Hall of Famer claimed their decade-long relationship ended with a restraining order after Sharpe allegedly raped her and threatened to “destroy” her if she ever came forward.
In a $4 million defamation suit filed in late 2023, Michele Bundy Evans alleged the Club Shay Shay host “forcefully subdued her during an argument about his alleged infidelity and engaged in nonconsensual oral and vaginal penetration.”
Evans also claimed Sharpe threatened to “ruin her,” warning, “I’ll use everyone I know to destroy you,” if she ever spoke out about the alleged assault.
She said she filed a restraining order after the incident (and a separate stalking incident), but later dropped it after someone allegedly came to her apartment door and shouted, “Shut up f**king b*h.”
In the defamation suit, Evans accuses Sharpe of bringing up their legal dispute on television and other public platforms, which she alleges caused her harm and damaged her reputation.
A spokesperson for Sharpe refuted Evans’ lawsuit, calling her claims “ridiculous and completely without merit.”
“She could not find a lawyer to take her case and if you read her complaint, you’ll see it is filled with nonsense,” Vincent Morris, Sharpe’s attorney, told The Post Thursday night.
“Shannon has had no contact with her for many years and we understand that she is still on probation after serving three years in prison.”

Evans, who was arrested and incarcerated following a 2017 domestic incident involving her alleged abusive husband, now fears for Sharpe’s latest accuser, who filed a $50 million lawsuit on Sunday in a Nevada state court.
“I want people to understand what Shannon did to this woman, by doxing her, by putting out her name, by putting out her OnlyFans account,” she told the US Sun.
“That was horrifying, because things are going to happen to her because of that. I still get it to this day, and I went through a lot of things, as you can see in the complaint, that actually even stemmed from it.”
The latest lawsuit, filed by a woman referred to as Jane Doe (but who has been publicly outed as Gabrielle Zuniga), accuses Sharpe of assault, sexual assault, battery, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress during what she described as a “rocky consensual relationship” that lasted almost two years.
Sharpe’s attorneys have denied the allegations, claiming the pair were in a consensual relationship that included “role playing” and “fantasy.”
“Mr. Sharpe categorically denies all allegations of coercion or misconduct — especially the gross lie of ‘rape’ — and will not submit to what he sees as an egregious attempt at blackmail,” Sharpe’s attorney, Lanny J. Davis, said in a statement to the press.
“He stands firmly by the truth and is prepared to fight these false claims vigorously in court. The evidence paints a clear picture: this was a consensual, adult relationship that included role-playing, sexual language, and fantasy scenarios” requested by Jane Doe,” Davis added.

In addition to the two lawsuits, Sharpe is also accused of strangling a female production assistant.
The ESPN First Take co-host allegedly choked a female Fox employee during his time co-hosting Undisputed between 2016 and 2023, two insiders reportedly told Ryan Glasspiegel of Front Office Sports on Thursday (April 24).
One source claimed that Sharpe and Fox settled with the accuser for several hundred thousand dollars, though no lawsuit was filed regarding the alleged incident.
A representative for the retired NFL star denied the allegations in a statement to the press.
“There was no incident of choking involving Shannon on the FS1 set,” his spokesperson said. “On one occasion, he and a few colleagues were involved in some light physical interaction in a playful context. Fox Sports later chose to resolve the matter privately.”
