Simon Guobadia is pushing to expedite their prenup battle by demanding Porsha Williams’ deposition be read before July 4th.
According to RadarOnline, the philanthropic entrepreneur has filed new court documents demanding out-of-court oral testimony of his estranged wife, Porsha Williams, as their divorce drama intensifies.
“The deposition will be held before a person duly authorized by law to administer oath and take depositions,” asserts the latest filing obtained by the news outlet.
Simon also provided a date demanding the Bravolebrity’s deposition take place by Wednesday, July 3, at 10 am.
It was noted that the deposition is for the “preservation of evidence, discovery purposes, and any and all uses allowed by law.”

As mentioned in our previous post, Guobadia wants Porsha Williams to be found in contempt of court for allegedly failing to produce vital financial records. This is a pivotal issue in their ongoing battle over the validity of their prenuptial agreement.
And he isn’t pulling any punches. According to RadarOnline, the businessman also wants the reality TV personality to produce “any and all records of bank checking and/or savings accounts maintained by (Williams) from Jan 2022 to now.”
He’s also after her monthly transactions, loan applications, employment specifics, and recent tax filings.
As if adding fuel to the fire, Guobadia is adamant about obtaining copies of any recordings – video or audio – that Williams might have in her possession of control of their marital residence, an asset that’s become a hot-button issue between the exes.

As previously reported, Porsha Williams is prohibited from filming Season 16 of RHOA inside the home they once shared despite being granted exclusive use of the mansion.
The divorce, initiated by the Bravolebrity in February, saw her pushing for the enforcement of their prenup.
However, Guobadia countered, citing significant changes in Porsha Williams’ financial landscape post-agreement, particularly highlighting her lucrative deal with NBCUniversal Entertainment, which she inked shortly before filing for divorce.
“The November 17, 2022, Prenuptial Agreement is not enforceable for several reasons, including there was no meeting of the minds, the terms are unconscionable, and because the facts and circumstances have changed since the Prenuptial Agreement was executed, making the agreement unfair and unreasonable,” he argued.
The Bravo star cited an “irretrievably broken” marriage as her reason for ending the relationship.
