According to the streets of the internet, famous personality Ms. Netta is being sued ALLEGEDLY by Bath and Body Works for comments made while making a TikTok Video.
In a now-viral unboxing video, she dubbed Bath & Body Works’ Cloud 9 lotion as being “for the STD community,” casually naming infections like HIV, herpes, and syphilis — and social media lit up.
Bath & Body Works wasted no time clapping back, slamming the comments as “inappropriate and misleading,” and making it crystal clear they don’t condone spreading false info about their products.
Now, Miss Netta is claiming she was only speaking about her own experience and wasn’t trying to hand out medical advice.

With all that said we have to be clear, we do not see a statement from Bath and Body Works calling Netta’s statements inappropriate and Netta has since claimed that she is not being sued.
