According to COMPLEX the SOS singer clearly loves her fans and is willing to do what she can to give back to them within her means. However, the 34-year-old might have met her match when a fan slid into her DMs and asked for help with geometry.
“Sza I’m failing geometry can you give me math tips?” asked the fan, as seen in a screenshot shared to SZA’s Instagram Story on Wednesday.
“Lmaooo ma’am I’m a math dummy, I’m not sure what u expected ????” SZA responded. “Tell me bout the shapes chile. How can I help?”
The fan replied with a photo of her geometry worksheet, to which SZA hilarious wrote back,
“Oh bitch ur cooked ????.”
While SZA couldn’t help the fan with their math assignment, the artist prides herself on being mostly available to her fans.
For her October 2023 Rolling Stone cover story, the “Kill Bill” singer told the magazine that she is
“never off the clock for my fans.”
“They’re my family, and they’re my people. I know what it’s like to feel small or like somebody doesn’t care, because that’s who I was my whole life. In middle school, elementary school, I wasn’t popular,” said SZA.
She continued, “So I try to make sure n***as know ‘I hear you, I see you. I have time to stop for you. Yes, we can smoke together, you can come backstage. You can come to my house if you want.’ Hella fans have spent the night with me and been to my house many times.”
“How do I determine who’s safe to do that? I don’t. And sometimes it feels really bad,” she added.
