Jeremy Robinson Tamar Braxton’s on-again, off-again partner got himself in some legal trouble.
According to The Georgia Gazette, Robinson was recently arrested in George for DUI on June 27.

After his arrest, authorities booked Jeremy Robinson on a misdemeanor charge of DUI and “violation of a traffic control device.”
The Gazette added that Braxton’s controversial boyfriend was also charged for “willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.”
According to Georgia Criminal Lawyer, refusing to obey a traffic control device can get increase your insurance premium, you points in your license, or land you a fine of up to $1,000.
Additionally, obstructing a police officer can also land you a fine of $1,000 and/or jail time up to one year.
Jeremy Robinson was released the same day he was arrested.
