Taraji P. Henson‘s little stint in Bali has fans up in arms!
On a new Instagram post Russell Simmons said:
“People when u have friends like this, you are truly blessed!!!!,” …..“Everyone comes to Gdas [Health & Wellness Resort] for healing; some people exude healing energy. You are one of those.”
According to VIBE Simmons praised the actress, adding, “You make everyone happy just with your presence.” He concluded the sentiment with “Love you baby girl; you are back home safe now and already you are missed. Until we meet again darling, only love. P.S. you mean so much to so many people keep inspiring us all!!!”
Within his comment section, fans were torn:
One wrote, “I know she didn’t.” Another commented, “When we know who she is without saying a name, yes she means a lot to so many people. So beautiful when you can connect with ones that love you around the world.”
Others somehow thought the post was a death announcement, but that was promptly clarified. One user wrote, “I definitely didn’t think this was a R. I. P post you guys are crazy. You’ll got change your thoughts asap.”
Another explained:
“I think the ‘until we meet again’ [through] people off. People usually say that when someone passes. But no she is very much alive. She visited and left so I get the post.”
Henson caught similar flak in January 2023 when she visited Simmons following allegations of rape and sexual misconduct against him.
She also isn’t the only celebrity who has been side-eyed for visiting the former Def Jam executive.
