Sis was petty for that and most of us need to beg for forgiveness STAT!
Here is the backstory!
Turns out the case is about a bad loc install and the Plaintiff Latesha Howard sued stylist/loctition Sabrina Reese for $9180.
Latesha claimed that Sabrina did a terrible job with her hair and after 14 hours she hated the install but never told the stylist how she felt while she was in the chair.
When Latesha went home she said she tried to take the hair down, but realized they were ‘permanent’ due to the glue that the stylist used on the length of the hair.
Her gripe was:
1. The inconsistency in the parting
2. The size of the locs
3. The substance used in the install that allegedly caused irritation
The stylist said she used glue down the shaft of the loc to ensure that the locs stay together, and she also said her client Latesha did not mention that she had any type of irritation.
She went on to speculate that the irritation, Latesha mentioned was from her trying to remove ‘permanent locs’ herself.
With that said as funny as the clip was, the stylist did great during her case and she won!
As a matter of fact, you will find out during the case, that Sabrina was very instrumental in allowing stylists to practice natural hair styling without a traditional cosmetology license.
The case was pretty interesting watch the details below:
