Former Texas A&M women’s basketball player and now Player Development Coach and Assistant Recruiting Coordinator, Sydney Carter, has been the subject of pretty heated discussions on social media, all because of her outfit(s).
People are questioning whether her choice of attire is “appropriate” for game day.
For example this outfit:

Coach Carter described the outfit as “Nicki Minaj Pink” but one Twitter user was quick to point out that her pants were too tight.
“Why would u dress in pants that tight to coach?”
“Have you not seen how many male coaches wear suits?”
This fella claimed he isn’t policing her attire but thought it wasn’t ‘professional’.
That’s more appropriate in my honest opinion. Im not Policing her attire only thinking that it should be more professional.

and then there were those that claimed they just didn’t like her outfit altogether.
okay but can we talk about how tacky it is? pink latex? with a white top? idk maybe i have a somewhat skewed fashion since but i dont think thats a very good look. nothing innapropriate though.

With that said, the coach has received a ton of support from users across social media, calling out trolls who insist on telling black women what they should and shouldn’t wear.
I stand with you!!,”
“And what you have on doesn’t matter your coaching skills… your talent and the goals you smashing over there! From one Black woman to another who gets bashed on their clothes all the time. I VOTE FOR THIS LOOK ENTIRELY. Get it! Black GROWN WOMAN Magic HUNI.”
“Literally my favorite thing to see is a woman looking like a baddie while being a boss.”
Folks already know that if you come for Carter or Colson you will have a problem on your hands?

Everytime a black woman does something it becomes controversial. Leave that woman and her outfit alone she looks great

Fam we can’t keep falling for the same engagement tricks.
The internet has argued this topic to DEATH in every work place.
Long story short, she has a curvy body with an outfit on that allows it to be visual in a space where we don’t normally see it. That it. NEXT TOPIC PLEASE.
