A video shared on TikTok is going viral after a mom with a young son posts footage of a daycare owner yelling directly in her face because she removed her child from their care.
The daycare is Symphony’s Musical Preschool in Tobyhanna PA. and the owner can be heard (and seen) yelling at the mom, calling her son autistic, and admitting that ‘no one wants to watch him,” calling him a disruption to her facility.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Just saw a TikTok video of very ableist and unprofessional behavior. A woman threatened a parent for rightfully removing their child from their center. This is extremely disappointing. Parents please be careful as possible what daycare you put your child in. People are crazy out here and will not provide your child with the same care and concern that you do.

Do not use this provider. There’s a video on TikTok floating around of an employee screaming in a mom’s face for pulling her child out of that daycare. The employee screamed “you’re just mad that your son is autistic” to the parent. No parent should trust their kid here .

I have used this provider for more than 6 months
After watching how horrible the owner treated my family this facility needs to be shut down immediately. They are not gentle or caring of the parents or any child especially if they’re on the spectrum. To top it off for the owner to feel so comfortable saying racial slurs against another black women it says a lot about her character. It’s so sad and disgusting. That owner is nasty, envious, insecure and ignorant. STAY AWAY????????

I am an employee
When the owner loses her temper, she goes off on the children. She also went off in a mother, who decided to take her child out of the care that we provided. The parent decided to do so, after witnessing the owner yelling at the children.

The purpose of this review is to bring awareness to this place because the owner and employees are shown in recent tiktok video being verbally abusive and acting irrationally. As working in a related field in my city I would never feel comfortable leaving my kid at an “establishment” like this nor would want any future babies to be put in this negative environment. I personally do not trust these workers. The employees also degrade Africans and spectate themselves being they are “Jamaican”. Definitely do not recommend.

I was searching programs to enroll my child in when I came across this school on the Tik Tok app. In the video, a woman who works in this facility became very aggressive and yelled at a parent about her child. The woman went as far as to falsely diagnose the child with Autism. It was horrific and I was in such disbelief. The woman was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. I felt compelled to write this review to advise any other parents who are also looking for child care to thoroughly do your research. I will not ever send my child to this child care center.
