Razor Chic is a master Stylist in the Atlanta area who specializes in short cuts and helping women who are dealing with Alopecia.

Many will say that the Razor Chic Salon is in the business of making magic and changing lives because they are able to style and cut the hair to camouflage alopecia and give the client a chance to wear their own hair. Check out this video to see what I mean:

This is the caption Razor Chic left on the video:

LET ME START BY SAYING THIS IS NOT FUNNY SO PLS KEEP YOUR SMART COMMENTS OFF THIS POST. THIS BABY IS 23 YEARS OLD AND SUFFERING FROM SEVERE HAIRLOSS DUE TO BRAIDS, SEW-INS QUICK WEAVES ECT… JUST BY HER LETTING ME POST THIS WILL CHANGE LIVES ALL ACROSS THE WORLD. THANK U FOR BEING A BLESSING. AGAIN LET ME SAY THAT I’M NOT ANTI WEAVE U JUST CAN NOT LIVE BY IT ON A EVERYDAY BASIS. I TELL PEOPLE ALL THE TIME CLIENTS ARE CHASING STYLES AND STYLIST ARE CHASING THE DOLLAR AND AIN’T NOBODY LISTENING TO THE HAIR. THIS HAS TO STOP?!!!! I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO — USE MY PLATFORM TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THESE WOMEN ARE COMING FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TO SIT IN MY CHAIR CA– USE THEY WANT OUT AND TIRED. BUT CANT FIND ANYONE WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF THEIR REALHAIR IF U ONLY KNEW HOW MANY TEARS ARE SHED IN MY CHAIR CA– USE OF THE MISTAKES THEY MADE CHASING STYLES AND CONVENIENCE. WHERE IN THE HELL IS ALL THE REAL STYLIST THAT KNOW HAIR????

Check out what this 23 yrold looks like now, with just a hair cut and not one track sewn in:

  1. I have no words for my shock. RazorChic DID that!! I constantly warn my sister about braiding my nieces hair to tight. I’m so glad that this young lady could find someone that could help her. I’m sure it has helped in her over all view of herself and self esteem. GREAT JOB!

      • You have done an amazing job with your client’s hair. You are right, it’s no laughing matter. This can play a large part on a woman’s self esteem. Everyone wants to feel and look beautiful. I tell my mom, she needs to give her hair a rest from the weaves sometimes. I’m noticing hair loss, but she is in denial.
Thank you sharing this. Hopefully others can see that having the trendy styles, and not caring for your hair isn’t always the best thing. I wear my hair in its natural state. I wear protective styles and wigs. Wearing your natural hair isn’t for everyone, but the bottom line is to care for your hair.
        Thank you again.

    • I can truly understand where you are coming from. I wear a short cut went to a highly recommended shop and due to the fact she only knew about weaves she fk my hair up. Lucky I know how to take care of my real hair I’m still good. Women wear your real hair. Not to mention you are only making the beauty supply stores rich while they make fun of our American women. It’s time to start being yourself. Just saying!

  2. I’m in need of u badly my hair is broken off n thinning badly in the front I’ve tried quickweaves braids but I’ve been permitted free for a year I’ve done the bigchop twice help please

  3. You have a lot of stylist that’s giving clients what they want instead of teaching them about their hair. You are amazing!!!! Thanks for caring about your clients .

  4. Great info and right to the point. I am not sure if this is truly the best place to ask but do you folks have any thoughts on where to hire some professional writers? Thx 🙂

  5. How I wish you were in Alabama. I suffer from hair loss but it’s not from weaves or gluing or sew ins. It’s just falling out especially in the center. I sympathize with this young lady in the video. ??

  6. I’m looking for a stylist in charlotte NC. I had an awesome stylist in ATL but have had trouble finding a knowledgeable stylist any where in NC. If anyone knows of a great stylist that is good with natural hair please let me know. Thanks

  7. First of all thank you for the warning to anyone looking to be cute with their comments. Second, beautiful job to you and such a beautiful woman! I’m horrible with my hair and my hair dresser is skilled enough to keep bringing me back to life. Hopefully he’ll look on your page and try that cool color scheme with me. I’ve been graying since I was 10 and I sometimes break off in the middle so he doesn’t color it as I would like him to. I’m 40 now and I have a head full of gray. Once again. You are a magician! Beautiful job!
