After divorcing the talk show host, Wendy Williams’ ex-hubby, Kevin Hunter, has sold his Florida mansion.
According to RadarOnline.com, Hunter sold the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home for $1.25 million after buying it in 2020 for $795,600.
He has lived in the pad with his girlfriend Sharina Hudson for years, who was allegedly Hunter’s mistress while he was married to Williams.
No Love Lost Between Wendy Williams And Kevin Hunter
Hudson gave Hunter a child in 2019, which made Wendy Williams file for divorce the next month.
According to their settlement, Williams must pay Hunter monthly alimony checks.
However, Hunter claimed she stopped writing the checks in early 2022.
The issues started when Williams fought Wells Fargo over access to her not-insignificant fortune.
She sued the bank when the bank froze her accounts.
In response, a bank representative feared she had been financially exploited.
The judge gave Wendy Williams a guardian to handle her finances, which pissed her off. Williams denied she needed protection from Wells Fargo.
Meanwhile, Hunter tried and failed to have the court hear his alimony issue.
“I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I’m behind on that bill… If the homeowners association fees are not paid foreclosure will soon follow… I’m behind on credit card payments because I have no money since the severance payments were suspended. My life has been greatly affected since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement.” Kevin Hunter
Hunter scored a wrongful termination lawsuit against the The Wendy Williams Show producers for $10 million despite his financial setbacks.
