The Wades shared a few snaps of themselves over the Easter weekend giving fans a glimpse of how their family celebrated.
On Sunday Gabriel Union shared a gorgeous photo of the entire family with the caption “family over everything” wishing everyone a happy Easter.

With that said Zaya’s companion was of particular interest to folks online.
On her own Instagram, she shared a series of family pictures and wrote:
“I’ve had the best weekend, spending quality time with my family and s/o for Easter. I hope everyone has had a wonderful Easter today and a wonderful Passover this week!! I love you guys”

Social media had a ton of opinions about Zaya and her boyfriend posting photos of themselves kissing.
Some showing a ton of support, others calling out the Wades for “allowing” their 14 yr old to show public display’s of affection.
Andrew Caldwell wrote a note on his Instagram saying he didn’t care what her preferences were but if ‘your daughter was 14, you wouldn’t be pleased with her taking pictures of herself kissing her boyfriend”

Honestly, we should let parents parent their children and move on with our lives. There’s so many ways we don’t even respect our own selves, our own bodies and our own families so I can’t match the respect part.
Zaya lives in a world where her parents respect her actual thoughts and feelings more than their needing to over authoritize, and she’s actually happy.
Not sure many can say that about their own lives and their own children.
