Xscape’s Tamika Scott has heard and accepted her sister LaTocha Scott’s apology regarding all the drama that’s been going on after she allegedly stole cash – and is even open to rekindling their relationship, TMZ reports.
The news outlet got to Tamika in NYC Monday (April 3), and she allegedly informed them that she hasn’t had a heart-to-heart with her sis since publicly apologizing for all the backlash (concerning the $30k situation) …adding that she even changed her number amid everything.
And while there’s been a lot of hurtful back and forth, Tamika told TMZ that she’s willing to squash the beef between them and even have a sit down with Tocha.
“Life’s too short….and there’s nothing that someone has done that’s too bad that you can’t forgive them,” she added.
As we’d earlier reported, LaTocha made the call to step back from Xscape last year – although it wasn’t a breakup (breakup), despite fans’ speculations.
Then, through their reality show, the Queens of R&B revealed the cause of all the drama – Tamika had accused LaTocha of defrauding her of $30,000 and even posted paperwork of the theft online. There were fake signatures, fake emails, changed addresses, and all…
LaTocha went on to publicly apologize for all the drama, although she still denies stealing anything from her sis. She also didn’t apologize to Kandi Burruss for their tiff online – but with how things are going, it seems there might be some room for improvement from the Xscape ladies.
TMZ also questioned Tamika about the ongoing feud with SWV, which she said isn’t as big as it might appear…and she even filled them in on the potential of a collab tour soon.
“Those are our girls. At the end of the day, business is business. And sometimes it’s hard to take off the friendship hat and put it on, but we good….we’re in a great place right now,” she said.
“We’re talking about doing a tour. So if the numbers are right, we’re all gonna agree to do a tour.”
