A former employee of Jesseca Dupart is calling Da Brat and Jesseca out for allegedly ‘taking the names’ of her two of her children named True and Legend, to name their child True Legend.
Shaynah Solochek wrote on Facebook:
I’m so fed up with you and your wicked ways I’ve kept quiet for years no matter how many paid interviews or blogs wanted me to. But you name your child after my children now you are GOING WAYYY TO FAR!
Jesseca Dupart took to her Instagram stories to address any negativity around her new born, saying the name Da Brat picked for their son was a perfect fit for him with no one else’s child in mind.
She wrote:
No negativity as we celebrate our PERFECT son but let’s get 1 thing straight wit LOVE. This is wife on Dish in 2020.
We didn’t have a daughter but my wife’s pick of OUR sons name is a perfect for him with NO ONE else’s child in mind ESPECIALLY a person we no longer follow/interact with nor know wtf is going on in their life.
Folks in the comment section of the Shaderoom post are debating on whether the entire situation is weird (or not) alluding to the history between Jesseca and Shay.
Shay made Judy the godmother to her son True in 2019…y’all don’t remember that big blow up with Judy and 50 cent. Shay really don’t sound crazy
Y’all know damn well if you dated someone and you had two children, they move on and have a child and both of your children’s name was their child’s name you wouldn’t be disturbed. Stop it. Even if the brat’s wife picked that name you wouldn’t be like no that’s my ex’s children’s name stop it
I do think it’s a tad weird to name your son the exact 2 names of a former friends children tho. Son 1 TRUE Son 2 Legend – now Brat son is TrueLegend ???♀️
If i were delusional enough to think people copied my kids’ names, I’d actually be flattered and move tf on. It’s 190°outside and we can’t be outside like we wanted. Civil rights being taken away. So many actual problems to worry about
So yall really don’t find it weird that their child has the exact name of this lady’s 2 kids? Or is it that once yall like a celebrity “nobody’s” can’t speak up against them? Yall delulu to think this woman mad over the name. It’s giving this is the straw that broke the camels back.
