Not today, not ever! Usher hopped on Instagram to make it clear to Mark Hanalla that he is not one to be played with.
Hanalla alleged that the R&B star “nearly thanked the devil” during his acceptance speech for the President’s Award at the NAACP Image Awards.
Mark, known for his social media presence focused on “revealing truths,” posted a video of Usher stumbling over his words during the speech.
“Did #Usher almost just thank the #Devil for his #NAACP award? ????????”

It did not take long for Usher to adress the post.

So I was a bit nervous and jumbled my words when speaking from my heart…
I hate teleprompters and they started to rush me because I was getting a bit long winded…. everybody gets nervous, especially in this position.
I was thanking the N Double A C P and shift to the depths of my soul… when my words got mixed.
