To be clear, we are using the word “accidentally” very loosely because whatever is done in the dark will always come to light.
Picture yourself at a Coldplay concert—lights, music, and that playful kiss cam spotlight.
For Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot, the camera’s sudden focus wasn’t sweet it was exposure.
According to Pagesix during a mid‑concert “kiss cam” segment at Gillette Stadium in Boston on July 16, the pair appeared cozy together—wrapped in an embrace only to immediately hide their faces when the crowd noticed. Front man Chris Martin joked they were “either having an affair or very shy,” and millions online erupted.
Videos spread fast. In one viral clip, Andy ducks behind a barrier; in another, Kristin shields her face. Viewers quickly pieced together their identities: Andy Byron, married CEO of billion‑dollar data analytics firm Astronomer (since July 2023), and Kristin Cabot, the HR leader who joined nine months ago.

Reactions flooded social media. Comments ranged from sympathy for Andy’s wife—who later deactivated her Facebook profile—to harsh judgments: “Why go to a concert if you’re hiding a secret?”
Oh dear. Wife of CEO updated her Facebook account and removed the last name of the CEO on her FB name. pic.twitter.com/GrN8t8zoXE

This was clearly premeditated by the camera crew. Just imaging how much this man paid to get that spot so he can enjoy his favorite band
Not only have they ruined his experience, but they’ve just opened themselves to a lawsuit

The people with them are employees. They seem to know what the deal is. He likely expensed the tickets. How many “cool outings” did he host for the staff all so he and his mistress/head of HR could have nights out under the cover of a “work thing”? All done on the investors…
