According to NBC and Rihanna’s Instagram RiRi and A$AP Rocky got their girl!
Rihanna announced Wednesday that the couple has welcomed their third child, a daughter.
She shared a photo of herself cradling her newborn, who is wearing a pink outfit and appears to be fast asleep.
The singer shared her baby girl’s name and birthday in the caption.
“Rocki Irish Mayers,” she wrote on Instagram, adding, “Sept 13 2025.”
The second photo in the slideshow shows tiny pink boxing gloves.
In a 2024 profile for Interview Magazine, Rihanna offered a look into her excitement to grow her family with A$AP Rocky, whom she described as a “great dad.”
“I don’t know what God wants, but I would go for more than two,” Rihanna explained at the time. “I would try for my girl. But of course, if it’s another boy, it’s another boy.”
Rihanna revealed her latest pregnancy at the Met Gala. Dressed in line with the evening’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” the singer wore a gray corseted top, long skirt, a crossover necktie and a cropped jacket that showed off her pregnancy bump.
While speaking with TODAY’s Al Roker on the red carpet, she talked about her look for the night, saying, “I brought the kid!” when asked about her accessories.
The 37-year-old singer shares two sons with A$AP Rocky.
RZA, named after the Wu-Tang Clan rapper Robert Fitzgerald Diggs, was born in May 2022. In a February 2025 interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Rihanna offered a glimpse of her son’s strong personality.
“RZA is just an empath,” Rihanna said. “He’s so magical. He loves music. He loves melody. He loves books. He loves water. Bath time, swimming, pool, beach, anything.”
Riot Rose was born in August 2023. His name was inspired by a song that A$AP Rocky collaborated on with singer Pharrell Williams. Titled “Riot,” the song came out in 2023 and famously sparked speculation as the lyrics describe Rihanna as his wife.
