Danielle Brooks will host the Black Girls Rock! return.
The actress will host the show when it debuts on Lifetime.
According to Vibe, the ceremony will take place at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre on June 27, while the show will air on August 1.
BGR founder Beverly Bond revealed in a statement:

To complement the award show, the BLACK GIRLS ROCK! EXPERIENCE will also happen in Atlanta.
This event will feature the BGR! Film Festival, which will screen over 75 movies, the VIP Pre-Awards Shot Caller Dinner and fundraising gala, and the BLACK CLOUD® Rainmaker Summit.
