The ongoing drama between exes Draya Michele and Tyrod Taylor has hit a boiling point.
According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the New York Jets backup quarterback allegedly involved sheriffs in an attempt to evict his actress ex-girlfriend and her children from the home they once shared.
Per the report, Taylor, 35, and Michele, 39, have been locked in a legal battle over the property for several months.
The dispute began in June when Michele filed a lawsuit against the NFL star, claiming he reneged on a verbal agreement to sell the home to her for $3.2 million.
In a recent filing obtained by the outlet, Michele alleges that Taylor escalated the conflict by sending sheriffs to the property in an effort to force her and her children out.
“On 11/20/2024, Ms. Howard received an alarming phone call from her children’s nanny while she was away on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the Subject Property to lock the occupants out of the Subject Property,” read the court filing.

The actress claimed she was blindsided by the incident, having never received any notification that Taylor had filed an eviction lawsuit against her.
She went on to allege that she was never served any papers, nor did the NFL player or his legal team inform her of the lawsuit despite them actively suing each other.
Michele claimed a default judgment had been entered in the case allowing Taylor to serve her by mail, which suggested that he didn’t violate any laws.
However, the model maintained that neither she nor her legal team received any documents via mail or email.

Earlier this year, Michele filed a lawsuit against Taylor, asking the court to push the NFL star to sell her a home he’d purchased for her and her kids.
The two entered a verbal pact, but they did not sign a written agreement, court filings report.
Taylor agreed to let Michele make financial contributions towards the sale of the house but later refused to sell her the property after the media personality dropped $300,000.
Michele filed a lawsuit against the quarterback and now asks the court to consolidate the eviction case and her lawsuit.
Taylor is yet to respond to requests for comment.
