Draya Michele is taking her ex-boyfriend, Tyrod Taylor, to court.
According to TMZ, Michele has filed a lawsuit against the quarterback, accusing him of screwing her on a house deal.
The 39-year-old model revealed that Tyrod bought a home in Los Angeles in August 2022, and Draya moved in with her kids.
At the time, Draya and Tyrod entered a verbal pack that he would sell the house to her one day.
The couple agreed that any contributions she made towards the property–like making improvements or paying mortgage–would count towards the home’s final purchase price if she eventually decided to buy it.
The problem is they never formally had a written contract since they were still dating.

In Draya Michele’s suit, she revealed that she offered Taylor $2.8 million for the property.
He countered with $3.2 million in January 2024, and she agreed.
Draya then spent almost $300,000 on the home, believing it would be included in the price she had agreed to pay for the property.
However, Taylor went back on his word and threatened to evict her.
Draya added that he also refuses to sell the property to her.
So, Draya Michele is suing Taylor for breach of contract and wants unspecified damages.
Draya and Taylor started dating in 2020 during the pandemic but broke up in 2023.
Draya is now dating NBA star Jalen Green, and recently gave birth to their first child together.
