We are sad to report that social media personality Rolling Ray has passed away at the age of 28.
His mother confirmed the news on Facebook.
Rolling Ray’s real name is Raymond Harper—rose to internet stardom with unapologetic charisma, witty one liners, and that unforgettable chant: “The most famous boy inna wheelchair.”
The Rise of a Viral Sensation
Ray didn’t come up quietly. He first hit screens on MTV’s Catfish: Trolls and Divorce Court, where his unfiltered energy went viral. That same energy fueled his role on the reality series Bobby I Love You, Purrr on the Zeus Network.
On Instagram, Rolling Ray served everything hot takes, hilariously bold revelations, and reality check realness.
Science just proved that good D can actually change your mood,” followed by the truth bomb: “Of course, this doesn’t replace therapy, meds, or self-care.”
But life wasn’t all punchlines Ray had his physical battles. In 2020, a viral video showed his wig accidentally catching on fire, landing him in the hospital.
Today tributes are pouring in with heartbreak and remembrance for the larger-than-life energy he left behind.
May he rest in peace.
