Tems wants 100% focus in the studio and one of the ways she ensures everyone is locked in is by wearing baggy clothes.
In a recent discussion on the Korty EO YouTube channel, Tems candidly discussed the obstacles she encounters as a female artist. She highlighted that some male colleagues get sidetracked by her presence during studio sessions, which hinders her ability to focus on creating excellent music.
To combat this issue, she has chosen to wear loose-fitting clothing while recording.
“I want you to not be seduced by me,” she explained.

With that said, many could not help but sympathize with her when she explained her choice in clothing.
Some saying it’s sad women are made to feel this way.

“I don’t know who needs to hear this but I am not your Christian saviour. I didn’t come here to uphold your beliefs about God. I will not fit into this box you try to put me in. I won’t satisfy you in that area please find the person that will. Or ask yourself why you care.”
She continues, “so much growth this year. I’m here for my fans. I have worked so much on myself. It will all make sense when it happens. I started in 2018. Look at what music looks like today. Still Next level coming. I’m just about to start.”

She then went on to say that she is not changing herself for anyone. “I’m gonna show off. You don’t like it? F*ck you from the bottom of my heart.”
