Megan Thee Stallion is filing a lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz.
The award-winning artist, legal name Megan Pete, accuses Gramz, legal name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, of harassment and “churning out falsehoods” about Megan regarding the 2020 shooting by Tory Lanez.
According to legal documents obtained by People, the “Savage” rapper and her legal team claim Gramz acts as a “paid surrogate” for Tory Lanez, legal name Daystar Peterson, and spreads lies on his behalf.
In the lawsuit, Megan, 29, alleges that Gramz shared a “deepfake pornographic video” of her on X, accused her of struggling with a “severe drinking problem,” questioned her “mental status,” and labeled her as both an “angry Black woman” and a “lying a** hoe.”
The court documents also claim the YouTuber/blogger “falsely claimed that the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the trial because it was missing.” The Houston rapper’s attorneys allege that “the firearm remains in the custody of the L.A.P.D.”
Additionally, the lawsuit alleges Gramz pulled information on Megan’s father in June 2024 and publicly demanded to know if the Grammy winner could “even prove that you was shot?”, despite Tory Lanez being sentenced to 10 years for the violent crime.
“For years, you and other bloggers have acted on behalf of Mr. Peterson (aka Tory Lanez) as an online rumor mill churning out falsehoods about Ms. Pete to your tens of thousands of social media followers,” Megan’s legal team said in a statement.
“You and other bloggers are a mouthpiece and puppet for Mr. Peterson, with a vendetta against Ms. Pete committed to tearing her down at all costs regardless of the truth.”
Enough is enough.” they added.
They also demand a jury trial and seek “monetary damages,” plus Megan’s attorney’s “fees and costs” as well as “a permanent injunction” preventing Gramz from any “future use or publication of intimate visual depictions” of Megan.

In a statement about the new filing, Megan wrote, “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life.”
“I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists,” she continued.
“It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods,” she added.
Gramz received notice of the lawsuit and took to social media to acknowledge the action against her.
“I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion,” she wrote on X, quoting the letter she received. The post also included a photo of the blogger.
“Of course, we’ll chat about it,” she confirmed to her followers on Wednesday morning. “They threw in the tape, too.”
“Countersuit gone go crazy,” she wrote in a follow-up post.
