As New York’s Adult Survivors Act nears its end, a third woman has sued Diddy for sexual assault.
According to Rolling Stone, the anonymous woman alleged that she met Diddy and Aaron Hall in 1991 or 1990 at an even in New York hosted by MCA Records.
“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night.”
She added that the musicians invited her and her friend to Hall’s apartment.
“While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs. After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
After the incident, the woman escaped from the apartment and learned that her friend was also “forced to have sex with Combs and Hall.”
The Jane Doe added that Diddy visited their home a few days later.
“He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”
Diddy and Hall are defendants alongside Geffen Records and MCA Music Entertainment.
The billionaire hasn’t responded to the lawsuit, which was filed shortly before the state’s Adult Survivors Act expires.
Last week, Cassie sued the Bad Boy Records founder with shocking allegations of years of abuse and rape.
However, they reached a settlement one day later.
Diddy received a second lawsuit this week when a former Syracuse University student claimed he drugged her on a date in 1991 and assaulted her.
