Earlier this year, lifestyle content creator @tierra.quaries, who was starting her career over, posed a simple yet powerful question on TikTok:

What jobs are y’all doing to make six figures, you’re happy, and how did y’all get there?

The video went viral, amassing over 18 million views and sparking thousands of comments from women eager to share their career journeys.

Among them were hundreds of Black women who are not only earning six-figure salaries but are also genuinely happy and fulfilled in their jobs and living their best soft lives.

So, below, check out some of the best six-figure careers for Black women in 2025 and beyond.

FYI: Most of these don’t require a college degree. You just need certification, a whole lotta confidence, diligence, and persistence to get to that sweet $200k-and-above annually salary spot.
