Eagles Quarterback Jalen Hurts is officially a married man.
Just three months after winning Super Bowl LIX, Hurts, 26, announced that he and his longtime girlfriend Bryonna “Bry” Burrows recently tied the knot.
“You can call her my wife,” he told Men’s Health as part of a cover story published Tuesday (April 22).
Hurts and Burrows are keeping details of their nuptials under wraps, but the Super Bowl Champion brought along a Post-It note from his new wife during his interview with the publication.
“You are exactly where you are supposed to be,” the note read. “I love you. Follow God! I follow you!”
Hurts and Burrows, who’ve been together for seven years, met at the University of Alabama in 2016. They officially confirmed their relationship in 2023 when they were spotted together at the NFC Championship celebration.
Then, in September 2024, the couple announced their engagement. During an interview with Essence Magazine, Hurts revealed that he popped the question to Burrows at an oceanfront venue complete with a violinist, candles, and some red roses on the beach.
“I knew a long time ago,” the NFL Star said at the time. “I mean, to this point in my life, that’s an irreplaceable feeling. I think that’s what’s allowed us to get to where we are now.”
Burrows was right there cheering on Hurts at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans when the Superstar quarterback and the Eagles clinched their Super Bowl LIX victory against the Kansas City Chiefs on February 9.
Cameras captured the sweet moment the couple shared on the field, embracing and exchanging a kiss after the big win.
Hurts also shouted out his fiancée at the time, saying, “To Bry, the Mrs., thank you for the support, thank you for the love, and thank you for being the rock that I can lean on.”
Congratulations to the happy couple!
