Maya Benberry says she is now getting death threats from Swifties who think she is trying to break up the budding romance between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
In an exclusive with Inside Edition Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend says the Kansas City Chiefs player betrayed her.
Maya Benberry dated the NFL star in 2016.
Their romance started when she was a contestant on the dating reality show “Catching Kelce.”
They dated for eight months before it all came crashing to an end.
Now, the 31-year-old life coach says she is not sure if Kelce’s romance with Taylor Swift is for real accusing the Swifties of being agressive.
According to TMZ she said:
“Swifties are aggressive,” Benberry said. “Very negative, very hypocritical. It’s really crazy to me that someone that I think is positive and really nice has such a negative and angry fanbase.”
She further goes on to explain that she has no issues with Taylor Swift insisting she doesn’t care one bit if she ends up dating her ex — but pointing out, “I had him first.”

After the interview with Inside Edition aired on Friday, Maya took to her Twitter to further clear the air accusing the publication of splicing and dicing her interview.
She said:
