A 21 yr old TikToker and college student is going viral after documenting her trip to a grocery store and randomly meeting a homeless man that asked her for some ‘hot tea’.
Sanai Graden explained that she was vlogging her trip to the store because she decided to walk instead of having her groceries delivered.
She met Alonzo who we are all now calling ‘Unc’ when he stopped her and asked her for some hot tea.
Sanai agreed but before getting the tea he asked her to stop at CVS so that he could get his medication.
We learn later that Unc has cancer and was in a ton of pain.
Sanai decided to foot the bill on his medicine, buy his tea, purchase a hotel room, and give him some money to get something to eat.
In a later video Sanai said she wanted help him even more by starting a GoFundMe to raise money for his care.

Sanai has raised over 160K with her GoFundMe with the help of TikTok and she is currently in the process of finding Unc to give him the good news.

Hi Guys,
My name is Sanai and I’m a college student from California who recently moved to DC for school. I needed groceries and decided to walk to the grocery store instead of getting them delivered. I love making TikTok videos (@hustlanani) and decided to vlog my trip to the grocery store. During my trip, I was stopped by a kind man who asked for tea. He didn’t ask for money all he wanted was tea. I offered him to walk with me to the grocery store. After walking and talking he decided to open up about his current situation. I’ve learned that he’s homeless, has no family, and currently has prostate cancer. I then offered him food and he didn’t want to accept. I informed him that if he needed anything to let me know. He mentioned he needed his medication refilled which is supposed to help with the pain he experiences. I then decided to document my whole five-hour spent journey walking around DC with my shopping cart and his suitcase. We’ve made our way to CVS and they only had one of the prescriptions. After we left we headed to Starbucks for tea. After I gave him his tea he started to scream in pain. I decided to head to another CVS to see if they’d have the missing medication. Thirty minutes later they did and I went back for him. When I came back he informed me he had an accident on himself. I asked where he stayed and he said a church. I didn’t want to send him to the church in those conditions. So I decided to get him a hotel room. We had to walk twenty minutes to the hotel since I had my shopping cart (that belonged to my school). It was a long walk and he struggled but we eventually made it to the hotel. Once we arrived the hotel gave me a hard time about letting him check in since he doesn’t have any Identification. After convincing they decided to check him in. I then helped him settle in and gave him some money to make sure he was fed. We exchanged information and I informed him that I would find him. I then made it home and decided to upload this TikTok and I’m honestly shocked at how much support we have gotten in just a few hours. I’m grateful I have this platform to change someone’s life with your guy’s help. I’m planning to use the funds to make sure he has a place to live, new clothes, shoes, a bank account, doctor’s appointments, a phone, etc. I will be documenting the rest of this on my Tiktok if you are interested but Thank you so much for Donating. There is just one problem, Unc left the hotel room before Sanai could deliver the news about his funds and she is currently actively searching for him.
